Thursday is soup day

Our soups vary depending on the season. Pea soup is a tradition in Sweden on Thursdays. It is ofter eaten with fresh bread and pancakes as a dessert. Its not difficult to make and it tastes great.

Swedes pick alot of mushrooms especially in late summer and autumn. The forests provide a wealth of fine mushrooms that are amazing in soups and gravy.

During this cooking class we will make a traditional soup with homemade bread. A pancake dessert will also be included.

We make this meal together and have fun while were doing it!
