Pyttipanna (hash) is popular in Sweden and generally it is served on Mondays. Its somewhat uncertain about why just Mondays but we suspect that the left overs from the weekend were used to make this delicious meal.

Ok, so what is pyttipanna? Well its a fried mix of potatoe with onion, falu sausage, bacon and seasoning. Served with fried egg, beetroot & HP sauce; really tasty!
