\nMats Ansell is a chef with long experience from working in different restaurants in both Dalarna and Stockholm. In Stockholm he has worked for the celebrity chef Nils-Emil Ahlin. Mats is owner of a consultant chef company where he does consultancy work for local restaurants & hotells in the Dalarna region.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>

\nMe: I founded the Food Trekkers travel company which was born out of an interest for cooking and people. I studied food science and technology at UCC in Ireland after which I moved to Sweden to work at the national food administration (Livsmedelsverket) in Uppsala.
