Fish plays a big part in the Swedish cuisine. By Wednesday the fish catches have reached the shops and its a perfect day to try some traditional sea food.<\/p>\n

Fried baltic herring is on the menu today served with mashed potatoe and lingon berries. Really good taste and the omega 3\u00b4s from the fish are great for our health.<\/p>\n

In this cooking class we will be making this dish together with our chef. We will then eat the meal together.<\/p>\n

As with all our cooking classes, tea\/coffee and cake are served as a dessert after the food.<\/p>\n

We make this meal together and have fun while were doing it!<\/p>\n
