Our autumn culinary adventure

Sweden´s best culinary treasures have always come from the forest and the sea. In this autumn course, you will embark on a Swedish culinary adventure that will open new doors to flavors, techniques topped with a taste of Swedish culture and nature. The only qualifications needed are a love for food and the desire to learn about cooking. The course gets its inspiration from the mighty forests of Sweden where we will be gathering the raw materials for our course; Lingonberries, Venison, Char fish and chantarelles mushrooms to name but a few.

We will provide you with hands-on opportunity to develop your culinary skills using the local raw materials.  You will be learning in a practical and supportive environment, be on vacation in the most beautiful surroundings, and get the chance to make new friends. If you´ve been dreaming of Sweden then this could be your opportunity!
